Mr. Miller first entered the real estate field in 1975 and managed several successful real estate offices. He acted in the capacity of General Counsel for a large brokerage and was then appointed Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager for a brokerage with 16 offices and over 700 agents.

Mr. Miller has conducted seminars for various brokers and Boards of Realtors throughout out the state of California. As the Manager of the Product Development Division of Member Products and Services of the California Association of Realtors, Mr. Miller maintained the GRI series of courses and obtained the recertification of the program from the National Association of Realtors. The GRI series consists of 15 days of training. The program also contains 73 hours of license renewal credits. GRI I covers residential sales. GRI II includes advanced real estate sales. GRI III encompasses real estate specialties including exchanging, syndications, and the marketing of industrial and commercial property. 

Mr. Miller was a California Association of Realtors Master instructor for many years and was a member of the East Orange County Association of Realtors. He was the staff liaison for the Standard Forms Committee of the California Association of Realtors. The Standard Forms committee develops and updates all forms produced by the California Association of Realtors. Mr. Miller was a consultant to the California Department of Real Estate in the production of "Supervision of the Real Estate Office", a video produced in conjunction with the Real Estate and Land Use Institute, California State University.

Mr. Miller is also the owner of Professional Real Estate Education (PREE) and Bruce Miller Seminars in La Habra, California. PREE provides quality education and consulting to the real estate industry. PREE is approved by both the Department of Real Estate to offer education throughout California.

Mr. Miller is the owner of the American Notary Institute (ANI). ANI provides quality ation to renewing and first time notary candidates.

Mr. Miller is also actively involved in several civic organizations. He served for five years as a member of the Church Council for Florence Avenue Foursquare Church. He was Vice President of the Los Angeles Mission Foundation and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Mission. The Los Angeles Mission is the largest outreach to the homeless in the Western United States.
